What qualifications are required to bid as a subcontractor?
Subcontractors must submit a completed pre-qualification packet including proof of general liability insurance, worker's compensation, W-9, and a clean safety record (EMR).
Are prevailing wage rates or MWBE/HUB participation goals required?
Requirements depend on the specific public owner or project. Applicable prevailing wage scales or MWBE/HUB goals are clearly detailed within each project's bid package.
